Default Power windows issue (rear driver side)

Hi all.
Greeting all CIVIC tech experts and enthusiasts. This is my first post here so bear with me if this is duplicate post.
I have an issue with the power windows in the rear, driver side. The windows does not respond at all from the master switch. It responds only to roll down to its passenger switch, but not roll up.
This started when I have been trying to fix my power lock, by removing the driver panel. All other windows work fine with master switch and their switch
Any troubleshooting guidance would be appreciated.
John

So you caused this issue?

Absolutely yes. Because no one knows what you have done. How would it not matter? Retrace/undo whatever it was you did and then see what happens.

The resident electrical expert should be along shortly. YOu will most likely need to provide pictures of whatever work you've done for him to assist you properly. Have a multimeter on hand.

OK your question is now more helpful. I don't know if I caused that issue or it had been there before I worked on the windows power lock. I had rarely used that power windows. The driver is the one I use the most.
Anyway, I fully understood that and yes I did try to trace back. As usual, I performed all basic steps carefully, following steps, remember and traced it back. Make sure all are secure plugged back in and all wires are in good shape and secure location (not jamped, etc..).
I did use Multimeter to check for for basic power on the master switch. But did not see anything abnormal.
The pattern seemed that whenever I disconnected the master switch, this happened. I was able to make it work again the first 2 times by trying reset the power with the fuse. But this time it did not come back.
I have been removing the drivers panel 3 times to investigate the power lock issue. I have posted that issue in another thread. I assume that power door lock has nothing to do with the power windows based on what I see from the diagram.
Here some pics I had on working on the driver door

An extremely common problem with our Civics is broken wires in the front driver and/or passenger door jamb connector. Start by carefully inspecting those wires.

Quick update. From the troubleshooting, I found where the open wire could be. But still have the challenge to locate it in the car. Attached is the pic. The RED circle is where the open wire that is causing the issue.

Are you sure the Grn wire is not broken in the driver's door jamb connector? That's the first place to look.

You are right. It was broken at the driver door jamb. I had difficulty to reach and unplug that connector (See pics) as the space is very limited and not open like the passenger's one.
Question for the next step: Do I need to remove the driver door to unplug that connector for repair? If not, what is a best way to do it? I tried one hour yesterday to pry it out, but did not make it. I was afraid to break more wires if I did it too hard. The grease also makes that removal harder as I could not grasp the connector firm to pull it out by hand.
Again, appreciate your advise what is the best way to get that connector out safely without damaging more wires as it seems all the wires in there are in fragile state after 19 years.

OK I found a youtube video with exact issue and show work needs to be done to repair it. This is too much work and risky. I guess I just have to live with my power lock and power windows issue.

Why is that brown plug not in its designated slot?

the picture were taken when they (the plug etc... ) were under working condition. Hence they were unplugged for the panel removal. They were all plugged in when tested.
