Power Window Off Track?!

Power Window Off Track?!
Hi,
Basically, my driver side and passenger window roll up just fine, however they don't seal all the way. There's a crack along the B pillar on both driver and passenger sides which is essentially allowing the elements to come and go as they please.
Are my windows off the track? How do I fix this lopsidedness? In a while I will see about posting a pic to show what I mean.

remove door panel and check your window tracks, they bolt and unbolt, the bolt holes are bigger than the bolt, allowing for adjustment, start by adjusting as necessary and go from there.

Thanks, I'm currently installing speakers and decided to take a peak under my door panel. There's a thin yellow aged film separating the metal door and panel. What do I do about that film?
Do I just yank it off?
Also, I have another question:
As I was removing my door panel, my door handle would be such a PITA to get off. It took me 10 minutes of screwing with it before it came off. What's the proper way of doing it?
Thanks.

yes, rip the film off.
also, you usually don't have to remove the handle to get the door skin off. what year/make/model is your car?

Doh, sorry I don't know why I failed to mention that.
I have a 95 civic LX sedan.
Here is a more detailed description of my problem as well as pictures and a video.
When the window goes downward, it performs as a window should.
However, when I roll the window up, something happens and I'm left with a crack between the glass and the B pillar.
Here's a view from the outside.
Obviously, this is a slight problem I'd like to fix before it rains >_<
Also, here's a video of the window going up and down.

This only happens on the front driver side and passenger side windows. The back two ones close up properly. I assume it's because they haven't been used as much.

oh ok check the 2 tabs at the bottom of the window glass that holds it to the regulator, it appears as though one has come loose or broken.

Hi guys,
Is there a specific tab I should be looking at? For instance, the side opposite to the crack? I recall looking at one of those tabs on my driver door and I even remember touching it. It did not seem loose or broken. I did not however check the other one :X
And should I find one broken or loose, how would I fix it?
Thanks.

when you take the door card off and have the window all the way down there window will be held down with 2 white blocks with a 10mm bolt holding it in place if they are not tight then that will be the problem also be worth checking that there is nothing stuck in between the rubber seals hope this help you out

Re: Power Window Off Track?!
Sorry for the noob question but is the window regulator supposed to be welded together here (red circle), the 2 pieces fell apart (green arrow) so I think thats why Im not able to properly close it

if that's broken off then for sure it's the regulator, but i have seen the two tabs that bolt into the regulator itself broken(should be 10mm), then it's time for a window replacement. also try and lubricating the run channels, might help as well

dude, it's simple.
tighten your cables for the window lifts. there are cables controlling the up/down of your window glass - and these are what is failing. They have stretched over time (this is normal, it has happened with a few of my wehicles and is easily fixed.)
find the cables, find the adjustment, and tighten it.
