Power window help on EG. Can anyone snap a pic of the back side of there switches
Hey guys i got JDM doors on my car and the wiring is JDM . I got some USDM switches a master and passenger door switch. Now i notice on the USDM switch there is 2 pins on the left side and the jdm one has 1 on the left side and 2 on the right. I wanna see the color codes if anyone can snap a pic for me of the plug on the back side of the master power window switch.
This is what i mean the right is the JDM one and the left is USDM
This is my wiring for the JDM harness

Hey guys i think the wiring pin out of the 4 door will work for me. The wiring on my door is off a JDM car and the top pins on the LHD switch dont match like DeSchlong posted pic. I got some pics ill post tonight when im home and see if the wiring is the same. Hope all i have to do is move one wire over and im good to go.

I'll do one better - here's the complete wiring diagram for your USDM power windows. It is in my PW write up. Link in my sig.
D.
EDIT: So, it's not going to be as easy as switching one wire, but it is going to be as easy as mirroring the location of the wires.

The power windows are all wired up and working problem is i need to see a USDM pin out on the drivers door master switch like in the pic.
If i get a pic i can move the pins around and plug in the USDM master switch.
Or im going to have to sit there with a multimeter for a hour and trace it all up and see .

Well the wiring diagram shows you which wire goes in which pin hole, so it is just as good as a pic, no?
eg., from the USDM diagram, the pin locations for a Coupe:
1 - BLU/YEL
2 - BLU/GRN
3 - WHT/YEL
4 - empty
etc...
Notice how it's the opposite of the RHD JDM wiring pattern?
eg.,
1 - empty
2 - WHT/YEL
3 - BLU/GRN
4 - BLU/YEL
etc...
Just flip each row around and you'll be set. Just to make sure, you ARE adapting the JDM harness to work on a LHD vehicle, right? That is what I have been assuming...
