So I installed a power window kit that came out of a JDM car. The windows work fine now, but the driver side switch is not installed very well since it is designed to be on a right hand drive car on what is the passenger door on my US car, and it looks lame on my drivers door. So, I bought a US driver door switch and when I hook it up, it just blows the fuse instantly. The JDM switch and US switch look like exact opposites when you flip them over, so I tried reversing the wires on the connector, basically like an exact opposite but the same thing happened. I was trying all this with the JDM switch still on the passenger side. Will I need to get a US switch for the passenger door too to get this to work, since it is still the JDM switch? Thanks in advance...
