I need to know if the vibration in the timing belt is suppose to be like this.

that **** looks a little loose to me...usually see them kinda flex when you rev your motor but not at idle like that

My belt does that...no problems for me...I'm guessing it's normal.

Looks fine. You could probably tighten it a little more but no reason to. Now when you rev it if it flaps really bad then yea its a problem.
