Timing belt bounce at idle? Video included.
Just put a swap in for my buddy. I never ran a car with out the timing cover so not sure what it suppose to look like just wanted to make sure the belt looks normal. I notice to me it kinda looks like its bouncing. Keep in mind I have not timed her yet.

It's loose man. Put ur timing on top dead center, rotate 3-4 cam gear teeth past tdc or until belt is loose near the water pump side. Loosen tensioner and retighten to torque spec
Don't run with timing loose or you'll jump time and bend some valves.
