141 psi is borderline the minimum compression needed to run the engine, what do the spark plugs look like?

best thing to do is get a leakdown tester its like a compression gauge but one side of it hooks up to a compressor and you run it down through the spark plug hole then turn the motor over till both intake and exhaust valves are closed on that clyinder then open up the leakdown tester and if you hear air in the oil pan you know the rings are shot or sorry just thought of this cause you should do this first but its called a wet compression test do a dry one first which you have and then on the same clyinder squirt just a few squirts of oil into the spark plug hole and then do another compression test if the numbers jump up drasticly then you know you got bad rings cause the oil in the clyinder will seal up the bad rings causeing better compression. try that first
