Please help.... I have a 96 ex coupe, swapped with a b18c as well as a s80w/lsd tranny. I bought the car a few months ago, when I bought it, I had noticed the gauge cluster only works after I have been driving for a while..The car also has a high idle (can't tell how high due to the cluster not working)
Since then the idle has gotten worse... and now the car is starting to bog at low rpms

I have spent the past few days researching every tech article on here with similar issues... What I was wondering is, could it be my FITV causing the high idle? Does the B18C even have 1?
As for the bogging I am thinking maybe a fuel filter
and the gauge cluster problem is still a mystery...

I had a guy at autozone do a diagnostic on it yesterday... and he got nothing on the reading.. so I am in the dark

FITV can be plugged if u think thats the problem. its located under the t/b. its possible it could be the problem if u have no vacume leaks.

k well its ***** cold out in michigan right now... so I will try that tomorrow
