idle problems

I was driving my car today, and came up on a stop light. and then all of a sudden it started to idle around 1200 - 1400. my CEL came on and my speedometer just went out...

anyone know the problem could be?

As for the idle maybe its the IACV. For the speedometer????

for the speedometer ... i think its either the cluster or the speed sensor i gotta test my old cluster, cause i replaced it with the jdm itr cluster.
