Default b18c1 pistons and b18c5 pistons

ok.. friends got some R pistons and rods he tryin to sell me.. some one told me that b18c1 and b18c5 has the same pistons or rods or somin. but i didnt think so.. second opinion is need..

o sorry.. i know u can swap them out. i was just askin what is the same of the two.. like are the rods the same or are the pistons themselves the same.. or completly diferent.. i think different but i was told they was something the same about the two...

can you not see theres a difference in compression between the two?

What he is trying to say is that the bore/stroke/rod length are the same between the two, but not the piston height. That will affect your compression

yes i do.. but is it the rods a pistons different or just pistons...... calm down pbc. its just a question to clarify what i heard and what i think

itr pistons will give you higher compression. rods are slightly different but not enough to warrent switching from one to the other.

i'm calm - rods and crank and the same in physical dimensions only the piston differs so swapping them in results in an increase in compression

I have ITR pistons and rods in my C1...it works pretty nicely in my opinion

but yes it works
