pinouts and wiring for OBD2 distributor with OBD1 wiring harness...
I am swapping a '97 B16A2 into a 94 Civic hatchback. I currently am using the D16Z6 wiring harness on the engine. I have two quick questions. First question is I need wiring diagrams for the OBD1 harness to the OBD2 distributor. Any info? The next question is does the OBD1 P30 ECU use the knock sensor? If it does will it affect performance by not wiring it up? Any help would be great. Thanks.

well as for switching the plugs on the distributor... its pretty strait forward.. they are all the same colors. just swap one wire at a time into the new plug housing.
p30 uses knock. if you dont wire it up and it will throw a check engine light. im pretty sure it will effect performance. i would just hook it up.

allright the distributor wires from OBD1 harness to the OBD2 distributor clips are not even close. Match the colors? Yeah ok. Anyone got any good diagrams?
