Default PCV System.

Okay i have a 1995 civic EX with a LS turbo swap. I recently overboosted and cracked a piston. Started out with stock ls with fuel mods at 6lbs. I have a Tail 38mm Waistgate and somehow my line blew off on it and it spiked somewhere around 15+lbs and cracked a piston. Took the motor apart and the only problem was it bairly cracked one of the pistons, so i ordered new pistons rods and rods bolts, replaced Rod and Main bearings and honed the cyld walls. Put it all back together and still having some problems with the PCV system or well it seems like. I ran the car for about 15mins then drove it well on my way back from about a 10mins drive i noticed it was starting to blow a little oil out of the pcv on the valve cover. I ran a compression check and 3 of the 4 cyl come back 120 and one came back little over 90. My question is the pcv system on this car runs where? i know you got the one on the valve cover but where is the rest? This motor is a B18b1 out of a 94 integra ls.. Any suggestions on what i should do?
