parts needed for a b16? 2000 ex
what parts do i need for a b series swap in my 2000 em1? i can get a b16a short block for 100$ http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/pts/1298201493.html

your car came with a B series from the factory lol.... if it is in fact an EM1....

my bad lol.......... i thought a em1 was all 99-00 not just si's. so ill correct myself. i have a 2000 coupe ex with a d16y8 in it right now

you have a lot of research to do before you attempt a swap... There is a plethora of information on here already, use the search feature and research research research...

Motor, Tranny, Axles, ECU, Motor Mounts, Tranny mounts... Thats basically it.. Once you get a whole b series swap and some mounts its simple. just throw it all in hahaha but DO RESEARCH so you do it right.

Actually he was right. same mounts for B or D in 96-00. Just gotta change the tranny mount to b-series.
