Default P1381 Help

I have a 96 Civic EX with a D16Y8 and for the past several months I have been throwing the code P1381 Cylinder Position Sensor Intermittent Interruption. I have gone through all of the trouble shooting in the repair manual, tested all of the wires and connectors and have had no success with a definite fix. I tried 3 different OEM distributors and even pulled the wires out of the connectors and hooked them to the ECU with brand new wires. Still no luck. However, if I erase the code after the engine is warmed up, or in the afternoon, or on certain days it will go off and stay off. At least until the next morning when I go out to start my car and it comes on again. But whenever I try to clear it in the morning, it will normally come right back on. I'm not sure what to do now. All of the troubleshooting turned out normal. No continuity to body grounds and resistance checked out good on all connectors. Any ideas?

Oh! And yesterday, whenever the code was on I unplugged an o2 sensor and cleared the codes and the only code that came back up was the code for the o2 sensor, but as soon as I plugged that back up I got the CYP code again? I also tried it with the CKF sensor and the same thing occured. That seemed weird to me. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance and sorry for the long winded post.
