Default Overheating problem

Okay so i need help. My 95 honda civic temp gauge shoots up to the red zone as soon as i turn on the car. I've already changed the thermostat and sensors what should i check next? Someone told me it could be the water pump since upper radiator hose is hot and lower hose is cold. I guess it means the coolant isnt circulating. please help

i had this issue a few times with my civic last month, and finally got it running again
my thoughts were the radiator fan not blowing....

so we changed the ECT sensor (coolant temp sensor), we changed the thermostat, we changed the hoses, and got a new fan switch.

none of these kicked the fan on and i was still losing lots of coolant, and overheating... despite us jumping the fan, bypassing it, etc

welll.... had my uncle (master mechanic) come by and take a look, and he was pulling on the throttle body at op-temp and he noticed a VERY VERY thin hairline crack in my radiator that was spraying coolant.

with his find, i was able to say that the coolant fan was unable to operate BECAUSE there was no heat pressure near the thermostat (because it was venting and spraying from the top), disallowing the thermo to open, to kick the coolant sensors / fan switch.

replaced the radiator for 50 bucks brand new (use the TRT30 coupon code at advanced auto), no more overheat, and the fan works flawlessly again!

Ron has 42k posts, so i'd go with him first, and say bleed your system.
when i did this, i just let the car idle, and squeezed both tubes as i filled it up to knock out the bubbles.when its full, cap it, and wait a few minutes. observe for sprays and idle her for 10 mins or so (you cant drive it). let the car completely cool down, and check to add more fluid and such.

hope that helps some :S
