over-rev...now motor is weaker....
i got a stock b16 and i overreved it the other day. my bad!!!! 
motor starts perfect, but now it won't climb steep roads like it used to. i need to push on the gas alot more to make it go up. i know i messed my motor up bad (maybe bent valves, springs, etc), but anybody know other symptoms? thanks.

If its not your motor it may be your transmission slipping. Do the compression test, etc but if that all comes back fine. I would take a good look at the tranny.
