whoa, first, title is too vague, second what color and how big is the alt ground?
it is probably the b+ wire you are thinking. and if it is the case, it is normal and dont do that anymore or you will be replacing the alt fuse.

i apologize for the title.
but this problem is pissing me off!!!
Ok when its connected to the fuse box i get a 12v reading.
when its disconnected i don't get nothing, no current is flowing through.
What can it be! do you think its the fuse box?

The alternator ground is the body of the alternator itself, you're touching the positve lead coming off the alternator (which is one of the 2 big wires going to the underhood fuse panel) to ground. In other words you're creating a short, don't do that. You don't have a problem.

Wait no look. ill draw a diagram but check it out.
The alternator ground(from alternator to Fuse box) has a
12v current through it. i thought its a ground? its not suppose to do that or what? Well i could take it off the nut before with out it sparking and now it sparks? wtf? you get me?

Again, that wire (the large white one coming off the stud on the alternator) is not a ground It supplys power from the alternator back to the underhood fuse panel.

Then why do they say make sure the alternator ground is tight?

So the alternator charges. Honda has had issues with good alternators not charging, because of grounding issues, to the point of releasing a TSB, which basically states to look for a painted alternator bracket. Regardless the alternator ground is the body (thats true of pretty much any alternator, and most 12v negative ground electrical components.)

you are putting battery current into the IM and may just cause a fire or possibly your battery will explode in your face, depending on which end you are touching to the IM, so please do not do this unless you want to fry your alt or your batt.
