Default oil seperator box (BLACK BOX ON BACK OF BLOCK)

Will the oil seperator box work from a B16 to a B18C1? If so fill me in.

Thanks

It seperates crank case air from oil. It's suppost to keep oil from going into the intake manifold through the PCV.
