Default oil leaking from not sure where

Hey guys, for a couple month i realize that from somewhere oil is leaking looks like its from my head gasket but i would doubt it, here are some pics

i wiped it before with a rag and it still comes back

check the cam cap, plastic cap right behind the VTEC solenoid. Check underneath the distributor for a black streak of gunk from the oil leaking from the distributor O-ring.

It could very well be the headgasket it self, as it is in my car.

looks like your headgasket due too the way its formed right next too your exhzust manifold my motor has the exact same thing.

Yeah if your not leaking from the cam cap or the distributor o-ring it`s the head gasket. Check your compression and if it`s good then it`s just leaking around the oil gallery seal in that corner. It`s still a leaking headgasket but not as serious.

aright i will check my compression as soon as i can, i mean its not a big deal the engine still runs #1 it just anoyse me lol

I had a similiar leak on my d16 and i just changed the solenoid gaskets. Only cost 20 bucks(OEM) and less than 20 minutes in work time.

Its your headgasket or your VTEC solenoid. It's common. Your headgasket is leaking externally, so you wont see a pressure drop inside the cylinder. Try sealing up your VTEC solenoid gasket with silicone or getting a new one after that, Just look the other way on this one
