OEM EG Fog Lights - Screws Stripping. Help!

OEM EG Fog Lights - Screws Stripping. Help!
I have OEM Stanley fog lamps on my 95 coupe. One of the bulbs burnt out on a road trip to Edmonton. I've been trying for quite some time to get the bulb out as it's not clear which set of screws to remove to get access to the H3 bulb.
There's a bottom panel where the wires come in with three tiny screws, one the head sheared off immediately, the other stripped on me. (This is with plenty of bolt un-seizer spray and all the right heads for my screwdriver). There is also the front of the fog lamps with a set of 4 slightly corroded screws used to attach the lamp to the mounting bracket, and 4 security screws around the lense. I've tried all sets here and am totally stuck trying to get inside. I really don't want to ruin such a nice lamp as the copycat ones on ebay seem to get poor reviews for cheap material quality, etc.
Let me know if there is any recommended way to get in to the thing, and what I can do about the snapped screws?
Is there somewhere I can buy replacement OEM Stanley lamps like these - do dealers still carry these?

The dealers do not carry the OEM lamps anymore. You be lucky if they even have the brackets. Trust me, I`ve tried many lol. You could drill out the old screw and retap it.

There are a few shops that sell OEM (probably copies) like JHPusa.com or passwordjdm.com
You'll have to buy the whole set but it's going to be the only way you can get it.

How does the quality of the lamps compare? Can I re-use the existing mount, glass lens, plug etc and just change the bit housing the bulb.. some of the kits on ebay looked very close to the original housing.
I think I'll try drilling and tapping first.. just wish I still had access to a milling machine which would make this easy to do.
