stock exhaust work with teggy muffler??
Hey guys,
Will a stock 92-95 civic hatch exhaust bolt up to a acura integra muffler or rsx?
Is that the best way to fit it or buy a 2dr or 4dr full stock catback from an acura integra?

Re: stock exhaust work with teggy muffler??
You have to be more specific, what do you mean by exhaust? you are asking if an exhaust will bolt to a muffler, but a muffler is part of the exhaust system. Specifically which parts are you trying to use from what year and trim of integra, it matters. The integra muffler by itself will not combine with any other mid-pipe (B-Pipe) from an integra without sticking out of your hatch significantly. Do a search, Integra mufflers on EG hatches has been covered extensively here and most places on the internet.
EDIT: I see you are asking about a hatch exhaust to an integra muffler, but my point still stands.

Integra axle back will work, buy you'll need to cut the tailpipe (unless you want it stuck out 8 - 9 inches past the rear bumper)

eBay generic pipe, high flow cat, resonator, Thrush Turbo muffler. Quiet, non-restrictive, and no rasp.
If you just want something that doesn't look like a babydick sticking out from under your bumper, have an exhaust shop cut a section of pipe out from in front of your muffler, move your muffler back, and have them weld on an expansion fitting with more pipe at the back of it.

Get a JDM ITR axle back and modify that to work. Not much will need to be don to get it to fit. It is 2.5 inches so you can run a 2.5 inch exhaust and still be stock silent.

yes, tailpipe = tip of the muffler. It's about 4" long on a hatchback muffler and about 12" long an Integra or coupe/sedan muffler.
