From the pictures, I'm guessing you found those on eBay? The OEM housings have MUCH more engineering put into them and will have a better output then most any aftermarket housing. Try Sylvania Silverstar bulbs...they have a high output, although you'll be replacing them more often.
If you really want to step it up, consider an OEM HID retrofit (don't just do a PnP kit in the OEM housings, you'll be blinding oncoming traffic). It's expensive, but it doesn't get any better.

Yeah i was thinking of doing these lights on my civic with some bulbs for now and i will retro some projectors in them later.. I have silver stars and some oem fogs and the lights still suck.
I wish there was a HT supplier for these lights on here.

Yeah then go for it...At least they will be nicer looking then fogged up old ones. And since you'll be retroing them anyway, then you're good to go.
