Default ODD VSS issue

Ok, soooo

i got my clutch in, and after taking everything apart...found out my to bearing and pilot bearing look just fine, and my clutch still had a decent amount of life left...but still decided to go ahead and put on the new stuff with the new trans

no issues thus far....get in my car....go for a test drive....everything seems fine

couple days later i notice i hit 2500 and it hits rev limit, then see that my speedo isnt working....i shift gears and drive and then BAM everything just kicks back in and is ok again...

next day...same thing...2500 when i start out...then BAM...everything starts working as soon as the engine warms...(it hits 2500 cuz thats my launch control)

SOO....after about a week my vss sensor only starts working after my car has warmed up... and as soon as it does i can drive normally

ive cleaned the connections, plugged and replugged, removed vss check gears and cleaned all connections again and the vss itself...the vss worked just fine on the other trans and the new trans was just rebuilt with all new bearings and such

any ideas other than replacing the vss as it just seems odd that it just randomly stops working after i do my swap....

have u tried the trouble shooting procedure for the vss, i dotn remember how it goes, it was One wire is ground, one wire gets 12volts, the middle wire has to fluctuate between 0-5 volts with tires moving on jackstands. some **** like that. just an ideal idk.

Make sure the electrical connection on your vss is clean, the pins can get some corrosion on them and then it won't work right.
