OBD2B b16a2 into OBD2A car
I'm in the process of preparing a swap in my 96 civic which came with the d15z6 OBD2A.
I've sold the d15z6 with all the complete wiring so can't use that.
The B16a2 i got came from a ukdm rhd 99 civic which i think is OBD2B.
It's complete with the wiring and ECU.
I just want to run the stock B16 ECU since there is nothing else done on the b16 (stock intake, exhaust)
What would be the easiest way of doing this?
Got 2 ideas:
* find a obd2a b16 engine harness, and a conversion harness from 2a to 2b for the ECU
* find any obd2a engine harness and rewire it for obd2 a / b
Anyone else has some input?

Re: OBD2B b16a2 into OBD2A car
they make obd2a to obd2b jumper harnesses.you just use you stock harness thats in your car cause the rhd one wont work.another option is a obd2-obd1 jumper with a chipped obd1 ecu if you plan on future upgrades
