Obd2a or Obd2b?

Obd2a or Obd2b?
Hi!
I have a 96 civic ej9 with a b16b swap and a ek9 ecu. Both the engine and the ecu are obd2b, but the stock chassis harness is obd2a.
My question is, will the stock obd2a harness communicate with a obd2b engine harness? Or do i have to use a obd2a engine harness and a obd2a to obd2b jumper for the ecu?
Have been searching for an answer to this but with no luck. But maybe someone here knows?

I don't believe he's in the US if he has an EJ9. You'll need then engine harness for whatever engine in your country uses a B series VTEC that is OBD2A. I don't believe anyone makes a jumper harness for your ECU as it only uses 2 plugs instead of the usual 3.
