Default obd0 b18a1 in a EG Hatch Injector Problem

Hi guys, My problem is I put a b18a1 in a 92-95 civic hatch, i know bad idea from get go, but oh well i did it, i ran obd0 wiring, its the whole integra system. Everything in the powertrain is from the integra. Im getting spark, fuel pump is pumping, there is fuel all the way up to the injectors, but the injectors are not spraying. It will start with starting fluid, you know kinda, I do have the resistor box hooked up also. If anybody has any ideas please let me know, i had the motor running in the integra before i pulled it and put it in the civic. Please Help!!

I would have gone with the obd1 B18B motor instead. Maybe the injectors are clogged?

UPDATE: i swapped out the injectors, didn't help then.....
ok here is where I am. I decided to check the distributor sensors, since the CYP (cylinder position sensor) is responsible for telling the ecu the timing of injection. I checked the CYP TDC and CKP sensors and they all measured around 350ohms (measured good). So I'm back to being lost they are all good, does anybody have any ideas?

UPDATE.. AGAIN

ok, i found a problem, there were two red wires that were crossed, the injector red was on the , i think spool sensor, but i swapped them back. all injectors are now at 10 ohms. i was just getting a code 13 (baro pressure, which shouldnt make it not start) , but now since i fixed the red wires, im getting a code 16 also (injection code) im still getting spark and fuel up to the injectors, i also pulled out the fuel rail and injectors to see if they spray, they dont. the injectors are the only thing not working!! i can get it to start up momentarily with starting fluid in the intake, any ideas guys, somebody help!!
