Default OBD0 to OBD1: Car won't start

I'm getting spark and fuel pressure but I'm not sure if I am getting an injector pulse. I converted to OBD1 injectors and ECU, do I still need the resister box? Could this be my problem.

which injectors are you using? saturated injectors will not use an injector pack. peak and hold will use an injector pack.

When I spray carb cleaner in the intake the car fires up. I think this confirms that fuel is getting to the rail but the injectors are not firing. Any idea why this would happen. All wiring has been converted to OBD1. I am using OBD1 (saturated) injectors and an OBD1 ECU. I am still using the OBD0 injector clips but I modified the injectors to accept the OBD0 clips. I was told this would be fine, as the only difference was the two tabs that needed to be shaved down on the injectors. Could I have received wrong information regarding this? Please help, I need to get this car running. Thanks!

Who's OBD0 to OBD1 adapter did you buy, and how did you wire the OBD1 distributor?

I'm not using an OBD0 to OBD1 adapter. The harness was custome wired by Indomotor.

Are you getting any codes? Have you contacted the "Custom" builder?

I'm using an OBD1 P28 ECU and a P30 OBD1 dizzy. I have contacted the custom builder, but he has yet to get back to me.

I reset the ecu and the car started right up. However, it is still throwing code 16. Currently (just until I get it tuned) it is running a P28 with a B20 Vtec high compression tune. It is tuned for 550cc injectors. Could this cause it to throw a code 16?
