o2 sensor problem??? plz help
Hey guys, I just got my o2 sensor replaced after getting engine code 41. Problem is since then, sometimes my throttle will not go higher than 20% even if im pressing the pedal at 100%. I have to release the gas and push it back to have adequate throttle response. When i get this problem which does not always happens and drive for a while, i will eventually get a check engine light and everything will be normal when the light pops up (response problem will go away). Problem seems to happen more often in cold weather and when going around 35mph or more. I havnt had time to check the code(s). Check engine light disapears when i turn off the car and only reappears when problem comes back.
Anyone has a clue? Of course ill take it back to where i got my sensor replaced but I was just curious.
This is on a d16z6. Also only happends when applying gas under 4.5k rpm.

I have the same problem with the code returning after car warms up. It's code 41 again. It goes away if you "restart" the car and it won't come back until the car get cold and warm up again. My trottle is fine though.
A couple of people said it's the circuit that's bad. If you used a universal sensor try soldering the wires. I am waiting till I get some time to try that.
