Notchy 2nd gear after B&M sport short shifter install?
car is a 93 hatch(D15B/DX tranny)
anybody else had a seriously notchy 1-2 shift after installing their B&M?? the 1-2 shift is horrible, on a qucik 1-2, the gear doesn't even catch(grinds/overrevs)...on a regular 1-2 shift it catches, but its no where as smooth as stock. I installed a B&M in my '90 Integra as well and its shifts flawlessly, qucik 1-2 shifts are perfect with no problems, been running that for 5 months. I'm really confsed, I reinstalled it twice and the problem persists. I know they are usually a bit notchy, but I've installed 2 of these before with no issues just confused why its like this. any ideas?
