Noisie clutch

I have a d16y7 and I just replaced the clutch when I started the car it started making a grinding noise. Noise appears when clutch is not pressed and when I drive it makes noise and goes away after a few minutes of driving what can this be?

<p>Either you didn't align everything correctly when reinstalling the transmission, or your input shaft bearing is done.</p>
