No start! Please helppp!!!

No start! Please helppp!!!
My buddys 98 civic wont start. A few months ago we swapped out his old shitty d16y8 for a B16a. Everythings been good since.
A couple days ago, he went out side, fired it up, it ran for about 3 mins or so then just suddenly.....DIED.
Its getting fuel all the way up to the rail, so we know thats not an issue. We changed the rotor, and it has a prettymuch brand new dizzy cap. But its getting no spark. Any ideas? PLLLEAASSSEEEEEEE help
