Default delSol taillight problems

Here goes:

I'm having trouble with the taillights/front corner lights /guage lights on my 94 del sol vtec. I got pulled over a couple days ago for no taillights. Brake lights, turn signals, hazards all work fine. Did the obvious, checked the fuse, and it was bad. I replaced it, but still not working, but new fuse is still good and I have power to the fuse, but not sure about between the fuse and the lights. I would sat that I obviously don't since they are not working.
I was just wondering if it could be the multi switch in the column? Back during the winter, there would be times that the headlights wouldn't want to turn on but you could wiggle the end of the switch where you turn the on, and they would eventually work.
If anyone has any ideas, or has had this problem, please help!!!

brake pedal switch. if that doesnt work, check for worn wires grounding out/water inside of lights. h22_crx, there is a flasher relay you can check if your brake lights still work.

I know it's not the brakelight switch, brakelights are working fine. Turn signals, hazards, headlights are also okay. It,s the tail lights/running lights, tag lights, and instrument/dash lights. I know it,s not the fuse common to the, I replaced it, and it,s good. I wish I knew which pin in the fuse box was going to the tail lights. Does anyone have a factory electrical service manual?

Sorry for no updates, but I haven't had time to dive into the wiring. Had a friend tell me that it is connected to the underhood fuse box. Said it's not the ELD but something similar to it that's also in the underhood box. Anybody know what he's talking about?
