No fuel!!!!!!!!!!
Ok here's what i'm dealing with.. I have a 96 B18c1 in a 92 cx Hatch. I have spark, but i don't have fuel! I do have power to the injecters. However, the ecu wont pulse them . I do have continuity from the injecter pin to the ecu pin on every injecter... The wiring to the ecu is fine. Does anyone here know what the ecu must see from other sensors in order to ground the injecters? I other words what demands must be met before the ecu will let the injecters fire? The ecu works fine! I tested it on a different car. I also tested two other obd1 ecu's on the car.... Still no fuel!!! If n e one is wondering, I'm ussing a JDM P73 with an obd2 to obd1 jumper harness. (it works fine on my friends GSR).

Do you have fuel inside the fuel rail? unhook the hose on the pressure regulator and crank it and see if fuel comes out, which means its flowing through the rail. (Theres probably a better way I discovered that on accident to be honest when I didnt have the hose hooked up)
I would start there, and I guess make sure all your grounds are hooked up.

the tranny ground is good. the thermostat ground is good. the valve cover ground is good. i even added another ground on the back of the intake manifold to one of the shock towers!
