My AEM intake is cali CARB approved.... I cant say yes, but California, being as gay as it is about emission and being God, I would say, no.

no.
remember, where ever you buy it from has a notice that says "for off road use only". Not street legal.
save your pennies and get a AEM intake. Or any other intake that has a carb number on it.

damb. yeah i only ask cuz i was told by some one that if the car is 95 or older the smog laws have changed and that intakes would not longer matter aslong as they didnt have any time of plugs gone to them. I kinda thought it was too good to be ture.
btw here is my engine i just cleaned up and re did all the seals on.
