Default New Timing Belt, loud noise now.

I just changed my timing belt water pump, and all my accessory belts, IE alternator, ac, and ps. Now there is a loud whining sound i guess you can say coming from the engine, it kind of sounds like whining noise you get from the stereo when the wiring is funky, anways. It didnt do this before. Everytime I hit the gas whether driving or in park it makes the noise. Any ideas on how to get rid of this? Also before changing all this I blew the head gasket and had the head milled with a 3 angle valve job, Thanks

Take some water in like a little squirter thing and spray it on each belt, and pully. If its the belt or pully you'll here a pitch change.
That will help you eliminate some of your posibiltys.

check acessory drive belts first . use wd40 if it is a pully then it will stay lubricated

I loosened the tensioner a little bit after it happened. So I'm gonna assume its not the timing belt. When my dad helped me, god forbid he does it again. Um he placed a thin metal rod in cylinder 1(dont ask why he did it) and was turning the crank so the engine was top dead center, but the rod he put in ended up getting bent while he was turning the crank, could that have possibly caused it?

Oh yeah, sometimes now after a cold start. When I drive the car seems to not want to move. I'm pushing down on the gas and it struggles to speed up. But if I let go, it starts going. It does this every so often. But recently its been doing it alot. Oh and my idle is really low like around 300 or 400 rpms when I'm stopped at a light, I'm thinking O2 sensor or cat. And my car is also eating gas like its a damn V8. Thanks for the help!
