Default New Swap: Running rich

I posted this in the hybrid forum, but there is not too many people there, so ill state my problem here and see if you guys can help me out. Well i just got done swapping my jdm gsr into my 93 dx hatch. Its running extremely strong, however its its running very rich! I have the stock jdm gsr ecu, o2 sensor, no check engine lights, so im not sure as to why this is. I do have a test piupe obviously, but its running really rich. When i am at a stop light, i can see the smoke rising up from my exhaust and when the when blows right it gets into my car and burns my eyes! lol(actually its really pissing me off). When i get on it about half throttle, alot of black smoke comes up from the back. Can anyone help me out because its the last kink (hopefully) that has to be worked out. Other than that, the motor is running very strong.
-Dylan.....ohh and i will also have pics up soon
