new stock internals or forged internals?
well i have a d16z6 engine every thing is in workin condition i want to put new internals like pistons and rods....this civic i have is a daily driver but i want more power (maybe a turbo kit) .. but i dont want a drag car just a daily driver with some punch....now will brand new stock rods and pistons be a good choice or should i get a forged set..keep in mind that im not lookin to boost over 10 or 12 psi ..the car has to be reliable....

It's never a bad idea to upgrade. If you are going to replace internals and you have boost as a possible route in the future, you might as well spend the extra little bit of $$$ and go for forged internals. This way if you ever get the urge to turn the boost up (like if the guy beside you is a little bit faster than you @10 psi), you will have nothing to worry about and the motor will still be reliable.
