New power window channels/rubbers

New power window channels/rubbers
Hey Gents,
My drivers side power window is no longer working. Basically when it rains, the window gets stuck and visibly dislodges from its rails. You can see the inside bit of the glass (the bit that runs parrellel with the picture below) get stuck and dislodge as it moves up. I sprayed some WD40 down the the channels and its loosened it up a fair bit but hasn't solved the problem.
I took a look on the net/youtube and found this video which is basically my problem. It appears the power window channels are busted.

Question: Is it possible to buy new channels so the window slides up/down like new again? If so, does anyone have the part number for both 'channels'?
