Is this the brake booster vac line?...Insert sea foam in the hose where it exits by the firewall?

See the funny bulge in the middle...kinda like after my ball python swallows a mouse? I'm for thinkin that's an internal check valve there. I think the 99-00 Si has em like that, but I might just be misinformed

hmm maybe
if it is you will have to pull the hose off the manifold and put another hose there to pour the seafoam in. prevent the chance of damaging the check valve

I have the same thing on my 96 ex. Pretty stupid if you ask me. I'm just going to use the vac line where my cruise control was.
