need help on what head to choose for my gsr block!
i have a b16 head and a gsr head and i was wondering which one will be best to go with my gsr block with type r pistons. im going all motor and im shaving the head thats going on my block for more compression but i dont know which head will be best. i also have stage 3 cams that are going on the head that will be best!

Neither head flows better than the other. Seriously, stock for stock, the flow difference in negligible at best.
