Why do you need a new head? Correct me if I'm wrong but I dont think it would be much of an upgrade to go to a GSR or ITR head..

Lots of controversy surrounding this issue...
Tests show the b16 flows slightly more than the GSR.
The Hype-R is a b16 with a mild port and polish (its the valves and cams that make them great).
So basically keep what you have and get some cams.
Edit- ****, scratch that... I'd say buy a gsr or LS block and go to town. After that, get some cams

Yeah. B16 head is the best for boost thats why when people do forced induction on LS vtecs and B20 vtecs they use the B16 head. I have a B16 but I have to replace my head. i miqht do somethinq diff and qo with a GSR to see what happens. Peace man have fun. remember, want power, S.R.P. = Sleeves Rods Pistons. lol. Peace
