Default need help on my civic

guru's I have a 95 civic (stock engine, auto trans) 165thou miles. Problem is everytime I drive the car in a highway specialy a little bit up hill, as soon as I exit the freeway the first stop light my temp. guage start to go up,when I open the hood I can see a boiling coolant in the reserve tank. The thermostat is new,the radiator fan is working every 70 sec. and it will run for 8 sec. The weird thing is if I drive it in a regular street with a/c no matter how long it doesn't overheat also in a freeway with traffic I drive it with the a/c on no problem but as soon I get off the exit it start to overheat.

things that I've noticed to my car.

1. radiator fan start to kick in every 70 sec. and it will run for on 8 sec.
2 white smoke coming from the engine oil dip stick.
3. I can smeel the antifreeze when it overheats.
pls. I need help.

additional info:I tried to tap the wire for the rad fan switch so it will always be on everytime I use the car but still overheats as soon as I exit the highway and my reserve tank is still boiling eventhoug the fan is always on.

try burping your cooling system with the car being cold add coolant and let it run to the fan kicks on and it should push all the air bubbles out
