integra mounts. yes you can use a obd1 vtec harness but you might need to change the injectors and dizzy to obd1.
and caps lock like your yelling doesnt get you an answer faster.

Wait....are we talking about an OBD1 B16A? If so the said harness (and dist.) will work, but you may need to lengthen a few wires and you will need to add a Knock Sensor wire and connector. Injectors will work. A P30 ECU is what the motor came with (if we are indeed talking ^^ about an OBD1 B16A).

All of your stock mounts will work except the back one has to be integra and the driver side upper mount has be integra and you also have to get the part that bolts to the block that the driver side mount bolts to. and you can use any harness as long as you know a little about electrical and have a wiring diagram just use your meter and do a continuity test and check to make sure all the wires are pinned out correctly. and of course you have the shift lnkage, and yes you can use the p28 but it has to be chipped the fuel map is way diffrent and will make it run lean as hell and also I just did one and the guy I did it for didnt have money to chip it and it had a cyp code and when tested the sensor was out of spec for the p28 but is still in question if it is in spec for the obd2 ecu. my prefrence is the obd1 p72. but they can be hard to find and are like 700 from the dealer brand new. but good luck and I have heard but not sure cause I have a gsr but if running a p72 on a b16 you would throw a code for the butterfly manifold ( adjustable runners.)
good luck man
