Default NEED HELP?! WITH JUMPED TIMING

My 2000 civic with an obd2 ls b18b1 recently jumped timing... wont start, im prepared to retime in... as far as my knowledge goes i need to put the cams back to tdc then put the belt back on and go from there right? If anyone has a diagram or video or manual i can follow to retime since his will be my first time i would greatly appreciate it.

turn crank counter clockwise to TDC and then set cams to TDC and put on the timing belt.

How hard is that?

The hard part is I've never done it before, don't I have to in tension the belt to slide it off and tdc for cams is both arrows up I know that much tdc for crank is both cylinder 1 & 4 up right ?

OK:

Take out all spark plugs
use TDC timing mark on pulley to line up.
To make sure its at TDC, use a long screwdriver in spark plug hole in Cyl 1.
When it raisies to the top, look at timing mark.

Next is pulling off timing belt. You can loosen tensioner with a 12 or 14mm(i cant remember) socket.
Set the cam gears to where they are pointing up (arrows)

(Ideally you should take off the valve cover and the B18B cams have a hole in them near the #1. Use a small metal rod, screwdriver, whatever to lock them in place. then they will be in TDC)

Slide belt on, tighten tensioner according to spec, and replace vc gasket and reassemble.
