Need help with check engine light.

Need help with check engine light.
This is the second swap ive done, same engine both times, the only thing is that the harness i used this time had the jumper switch gone so I dont know what i need to jumper together to get the light to blink the code.
So I need to know if a disconnected Oil Pressure sensor or a disconnected O2 sensor would throw the light. Im going to connect them anyways but I want to see if there is another problem before I finish up this swap. TIA

whoever had this harness before i got it had ripped of the wires. I dont even see where they ripped it from. Does anyone have a pinout for those 2 pins that the wires run to? Thanks for the info about the unpluged sensors throwing codes I thought they might but wasnt sure cuz it didnt on my last car.

should be able to find where they go here.
or DL or buy a shop manual and trace the wires on the chassis wiring schematic.

This is the only thing that I could find that was even close. which I dont think they go together.
D4 BRN SCS service check connector
D7 LT BLU TXD/RXD (data link connector)

the brown wire is one of the wires on the service connector you short to get codes.the other wire(D7)i don't think is right....
you need to get a shop manual and trace the chassis wiring schematic to see where they go.simple as that.you should have a shop manual anyway.

Re: Need help with check engine light. (TeamNextGenChris)
yeah I know I had one for my CRX and for my D16Z6, but the one for my Engine i gave (accidently leftin my car) to the impound. So I did this swap by my memory, it really sucked cuz I had all my notes in there including those wires.

Re: Need help with check engine light. (I Gotta Question)
Well i got to thinkin it may need a ground to go through it instead. So im going to get a circuit tester and see if that brown wire has power or not. I let you guys know how it goes.

Yes, it needs a ground. When you reach up under the dash and short the 2-pin connector, one of those wires is ground.
The other is as follows:
92-95 Civic: D4
96-98 Civic: C7
99-00 Civic: A10
98-99 Teg: C7
00 Teg: A10
These are from the Helms.
