Code 91 is related to the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor. Im not sure how what u did can cause this but thats what the manual says.
I recently had that code on a 99EX shell i bought it turns out someone took out the fuel drain plug from the gas tank. Its a good thing i didnt try to completely full the tank before testing the car.

Re: Need Help! Car is thorwing code 91????? (cruzan007)
the problem is the car use to be a automatic but we did an engine swap and now its a manual. the engine that i bought for the swap was an auto (didnt know this at the time) but i switched the intake manifold and the throtle body becasue it was throwing code 14; that was fixed but now i have code 91 haunting me. I took it to honda for a last opinion but they said they couldnt check the codes because i was using the wrong ecu and they said i wasnt using a O2 sensor. I dont know what the hell they are talking about. I just want to solve this problem so i can get the damn car inspected.
