Need feedback on front end issue
I swapped a 96 gsr motor into a 95 civic ex 2 door and for some reason the hood doesnt sit evenly. The hood DOES latch all the way but looking at it from the front, the right side is raised almost an inch but the left side fits evenly with the fender and everything. Has everyone heard of hoods not fitting well with the larger gsr motor swapped in there? Do I need some aftermarket motor mounts for this type of swap? Thinking I might just need to try a new hood on here...

bump, I guess a more simple question would be, has anyone had any hood problems with gsr swaps into 2 door civics?

I have a gsr in my coupe, and it never had a hood issue like that. It does sit up higher than the sohc, but there shouldn't be any clearence issues. Got pics?
