Default Need advise due to running rough

Ok, I posted recently about buying a 1996 honda del sol vtec that wasn't starting so I checked everything and it turns out the valve timing was off so I did that and it still didn't start, then I fliped the distributor and it started but its running ruff and I have to keep the pedal to the floor to keep it running also it runs so low that the tack isn't moving so I'm guessing about 3-400rpm, so idk, its a plus that it wants to run now but I dont know what else to do, could it be the timing from the distributor is off, so all I'd have to do it get it started again and have someone move the distributor very slightly??? Any advise would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I should of explained that the car isn't exactly running rough, its just not running correctly, I'm guessing its due to timing on the distributor, but I just put the thing on, I didnt mark anything on it when I toke it off. I'll check tomorrow by starting the car and having someone slight move the distributor so hopefully that helps. As for compression, I had a compression test done and all the cylinders were off, especially two like 80 lol but I didn't have a leak down test done and the valve timing was a 1/4 off on the exhaust side so I'm guessing that was the problem, well it has to be b/c the car didn't start at all intil I toke off the timing belt and adjusted the exhaust valve cams, so idk for the time being.

its running with my foot to the floor on the gas pedal at like 2-300rpm, b/c the tack isn't moving at all so I'm guessing 2-300rpm, but its running lol, well not enough to drive of course.

if the timing is to far off moving the dizzy wont help, start over and reset timing its not that hard esp on sohc if still off after timing the problem could be the intake, a leak or clog sensor....hopes that helps

If you now have the mechanical timing set correctly, you may want to repeat the cylinder compression tests.
