leaving car parked for basically a week or more with ebrake on is very bad well if the car runs then you got to take it for a ride if it doesnt then get a tow truck to pull it to un freeze them

sometimes when i wash my car and dont move it until next day it doesnt move easily, i need to give some gas and i hear a "break" noise from the brake discs and pads.
Since the pads are semi-metallic I suppose it oxidizes and sticks to the disc.
Maybe yours pads are "glued" too.
Hit the brakes several times or use carb-cleaner on the pads, it worked for me sometime.

the rotors probably rusted and are stuck to the pads now.
most likely you will need new rotors and pads anyway.
to break them loose, just get the car rolling.
start it in gear to make it hop, if it doesnt start, cranking in gear should do.

If your clutch bypass swtich is disabled yes, i dont see any reason you cant just start the car normally, and just drive it, they will break loose if you just drive it.

pull of ur wheels and see which calipers or drums are sticking...it could just be ur ebrake cables that need to be adjusted too...try grabbing the cable and moving it around to loosen the pads on the rotors...if all else fails, push the calipers back in and reinstall your brakes. Should work then...unless ur calipers are frozen too...

Why is that? I've had my car sit for 3 months twice within 1 1/2 years. Never happened to me. Just curious. Is it due to rust or something of that sort?

NOT A GOOD IDEA TO ROLL WITH EBRAKE ON! having left it for a year will crack the disc...unless you have drums then i dont know

Rear drums usually rust to the pads, causing this quite frequently. You might want to thread a bolt in a hold in the drum until it pops back off.

Get someone to pull you and once they are free go get some extra money if you have it and upgrade the brakes/calipers/rotors and be done with it and don't make the same mistake twice.
