I think any 1998-2001 Integra master cylinder will bolt up to your booster. The ITR is the biggest, but the 15/16” would probably be fine, too.

I got my front and rear brakes off a 99 Acura integra LS Automatic from the junk yard l, the MC is still there to, would that be the best option? I'll rebuild it before installing

if I did this wouldnt that be the best option? it was designed for the brakes I have, wouldnt the matching MC be best with it? or would an EM1 be better?

I’d just get a new Integra one, but that one should bolt right up.

I think the Integra brakes are a little bigger than the civic's front, so it might be off a little, but it's easy to replace if you don't like it. Not like everything is super expensive.
